The Long Bio
Sarah is a poet, writer and mixed media artist. She is the author of two short story collections and a historical novella.
Over twenty years as a freelance writer for print and online publications she has used her training as a teacher, her love of gardening, walking, planning and organisation to offer readers exciting learning experiences and boosts for their wellbeing and creative output.
As a poet, Sarah writes and performs work around transformation and the journey to becoming the next thing and what it means to be a post-menopausal woman in the modern world.
When not writing, she can be found walking, reading, knitting, making art or gardening (sometimes all the things all at once), at home in Edinburgh
